Seven Swan Hills swimmers competed in the prestigious Hancock Family Medical Foundation Distance Meet on the 5th and 6th of November at Challenge Stadium. The meet is the only distance focused meet of the summer season and the Swan Hills swimmers excelled.
Sophie Stewart, Georgia Marshall, Kelsey Eastwood, Lily Cawood, Taylor Campbell, Hayley Antill and Jessica Antill all swam PBs. The combined team PB rate was a staggering 84% and several swimmers took home medals. Taylor Campbell earned a silver in the 800 free, Kelsey Eastwood won gold in the 200 fly, 200 breast, 200 free, 400 free and 200 IM, Lily Cawood earned silver in the 200 back and 800 free and Hayley Antill won gold in the 200 back and 800 free, and earned silver in the 200 Free, 200 IM and 400 free.
